TrainTaxi is an excellent site with phone numbers of local cab firms for each UK train station. Very handy if you need to get somewhere from a station and you’ve never been there before. In London it’s a good idea to use Zingo Taxis – you call their number and get directly connected to the driver closest to you, for just £1.60 extra. Save the number in your mobile!
