Interesting to read that Monzo will be offering staff three months of paid leave if they have worked for over four years at the firm<\/a>. It seems like a great idea. I’m sure there are interesting side-effects in terms of how those roles are covered while people are taking sabbaticals. Perhaps this will make the organisation more resilient and less reliant on specific people in their roles. I wonder how a company would introduce a policy like this \u2014 you don’t want half your company on sabbatical at the same time in the first year that the policy is introduced.<\/div>\n
